Returns & Refunds
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase.
- If you change your mind before shipping your order, just contact Customer Service to cancel your order.
- If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
General Conditions Applicable to Returns:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and the original invoice and packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear can’t be returned or exchange.
- Face masks must be returned unworn in their original, unopened, and undamaged product packaging.
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address by following the steps below:
- Contact Lebs.com Customer Service Team to request a new return.
- Customer will receive return AWB (Return Shipment) email.
- Courier will arrange collection from your delivery address.
- Your request will be processed in 3 business days
- Approved items will be refunded to your bank in 14 days based on bank process
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in Online voucher valid for 180 days
- Unapproved items will be sent back to the same collection address.
Item Return Policies:
- Damaged Goods and Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process above. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 15 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund and free of charges. Where applicable, the refund will include the original Order delivery charges, cash-handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock.

Shoe returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.
- Customer changed his mind
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 15 days of receipt. If you simply wish to return your product for any reason, the customer must pay a fee 50 SAR
Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees).
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
- Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as an online voucher.
